I need some way to add info to the yellow highlighted of these cells with info present in the xml code in the "Sheet3" of the file. I want a way so that I can do this with only putting the "AGAINTS HBL NO:- " in the cell of the NOC sheet and the other info with automatically be placed according the respective names . Welcome

You could start by importing the XML data as shown below. Where is the HBL information on the XML table?

VBA Code:
Sub Anna()
Application.CutCopyMode = 0
ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets.Add
With ActiveSheet.QueryTables.Add _
(Connection:="FINDER;C:\Users\Edu\Desktop\XML.xml", Destination:=Range("$A$1"))
    .Name = "XML"
    .FieldNames = True
    .RowNumbers = False
    .RefreshOnFileOpen = False
    .BackgroundQuery = True
    .RefreshPeriod = 0
    .WebSelectionType = xlAllTables
    .WebDisableRedirections = False
    .Refresh BackgroundQuery:=False
End With
End Sub
