How can someone translate foriegn language worksheet/workbook to English (USA). See example worksheet:

Unless Jindon or Colo or another of our handful of Japanese speakers can see something other than question marks when viewing this under a Japanese OS, there's no way they can help you.

Suggest you post a pic instead. See this lounge thread if you don't know how to do that.
