Translating a spreadsheet using Google Translator

I am hoping that one of you can help me with using the google translator API in Microsoft Excel. I have an excel file with about 35k rows. I am trying to build a macro where it takes everything in Excel column B, and translates it to column C.

Does anyone know how to due this?
