I have ocr scanned contact data and it saves it to MS Word in a column
I want to use this data to import it to File Maker Pro, like most data bases it requires data to be parsed from a row to a record.

Any ideas on how to take a signle column of repeating fields and transfer it to a row of repeating records

For example I have this:

Name
Address
City
Zip
Email
Name
Address
City
Zip
Email

I want this
Name, Address, City, Zip, Email
Name, Address, City, Zip, Email

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Do you have this in Excel or Word?

I am using MS Office Document Scanning which savea it as text directly to MS Word. There is an option to save as a Image Tagged Text format.
