I have a sheet where certain cells contain time values.

These cells are in are formatted Custom 0\:00

When I rightclick on any of the cells, I want a Userform to appear in which a textbox displays the value of the cell.

For some reason, I cannot get the correct value in this textbox.

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Try:

On sheet events:
VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeRightClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
  UserForm1.Show
  Cancel = True
End Sub

On UserForm code:
VBA Code:
Private Sub UserForm_Activate()
  TextBox1.Value = Format(ActiveCell.Value, "0\:00") 'Here the format you need.
End Sub

I'm not sure which format you need. So also try the following:

VBA Code:
Private Sub UserForm_Activate()
  TextBox1.Value = Format(ActiveCell.Value, "hh:mm")  'Here the format you need.
End Sub
