Training Courses Tracker Logger

Hi All

I was just wondering if any of you have seen a good Training Log or Tracker anywhere?

I thought before I launch into creating one, there might already be one!?!

I am thinking of having something in excel that will show employee training info, courses info, in-house, external etc etc...
possibly even have the ability to print a list of attended courses per employee...

Any pointers to an existing one would be appreciated..
