Ok, I need a formula/method to help with tracking our visitors to church. Here is the low down.
I need to be able to type in the visitors and their info each week on a master list, then have a page listing all those who are on their first visit (first record/row) then move their info to a page when they have come twice (two rows of info) and so on for at least 3rd and 4th visit.
I keep thinking a hlookup of those listed x number of times returning the entire row of information to another workbook page would work. But I just cannot wrap my head around how that would be written.
Any thoughts? I need the tracking feature bc we have different parts of the church do things for them as they visit.
Also - I thought you could set up a cell to be a check box type feature. I cannot seem to find that anymore. Maybe I am dreaming.
