If a user deletes a line from a spreadsheet, does the tracking change say "deleted" or still use the term "modified"?

If this file is saved in a SharePoint location (i.e. Microsoft Teams folder) you can click Review > Show Changes.

Yes, thank you. When a user changes a line it says "modified". What I'm asking is if a user deletes a line will it still say "modified" or will it specifically say "deleted"?

Thank you!
