Tracking the people that paid full price after buying with a discount.

Good morning,

I'm looking back a couple years in payment history and trying to pull the number of people who originally paid with a discount and then paid full price the next payment they made.

Some more information about the data set I have.
Dates range from 10/3/2008 until today, Names are unimportant, Discount and Payment can both be zero, there are 13 different publication codes.
