hello everyone i hope you are well,
i made this file for my self with little knowledge of VBA and excel to be good at producing reports,
that was until i discovered this place where people have done something amazing,
ive been driving myself crazy for the past one week trying to find a way to link my inventory with my invoice,
currently i am using vlookup to search the product and customer data and then i press the save button to save it as a pdf and make a journal entry,
i have the following quesitons
1. can i please find a way to update my inventory automatically when i create an invoice
2. can i improve the interface ?
3. can i reduce the no of formulas and codes to keep the process clean and less risky.
4. can every invoice no being uploaded in invoice register be having a link to the actual pdf file ?
can i upload the file here can anyone suggest a way to do so
