Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Let me rephrase to make sure your question is clear.

You have multiple worksheets in your workbook.
The worksheet Page1 has many cells which are referenced by formulas in other worksheets.
You want to format all cells on Page1 that are referenced by formulas in any worksheet, including Page1.

Example:
Page2!B2 is
Excel Formula:
=Page1!A1*2
Highlight Page1!A1

Excel does not have a function available to worksheet formulas that will tell you if a cell is referenced by a formula in another cell. You would need a bit of VBA using the Dependents method to do something like this. I don't know if you were expecting that so I'm not going to even start on a solution if you can't use it.
