I have been able to get my totals at the bottom of my form by using simple =sum ([Name]), I know have a field on my form that has an if statement in it but when I try and total that in my footer I get #Name?. I have made sure that the name of the box is correct and made sure it was formatted as a number. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Access is fussy. If you have a basic Field1, then Sum([Field1]) is fine.
If you have a textbox based on an expression: IIF([Field1]=0,[Field2],[Field1]), and you call this txt1, you can't use Sum(txt1). You need to include the whole expression: Sum(IIF([Field1]=0,[Field2],[Field1]))
