Total percentage formula

Hello. First time posting

I am putting together a Gantt chart and wanted to create a formula to give me the total percentage of the task completed, based on the sub tasks being completed. Please see attachment.

Don't you have to divide that 305% by the (number of tasks * 100%), ie 900 to get a true percentage overall ?
Imagine you have 9 tasks, 3 of them are 100% complete and the other 6 haven't been started 0%. That's a 1/3 of the tasks complete overall.
Which is equivalent to total percentage complete 300% divide by 900% = 1/3

After reading your reply I just added divide by 9 in the formula and that's worked a treat! Thank you for your help

Given that what you did was basically what @Special-K99 had said, I have changed the marked solution to post 2
