TOPIC STARTER - in Search Query area--what does this do???

It will search by username.
For example, put your username in the 'search by username' box. Then select "Topic starter" and any other options you want.
It should return only those topics that were started by that username (aka, any new posts you made to the board). It won't count every single post you've made like the "see all posts by this user" link does.
