I have the below which works ok, but I need to to exclude blanks and "none" in Col 19.

Code:
=INDEX(SORT(flatFile!$A$6:$V$377,19,-1),SEQUENCE(overview!$A$2),{3,4,6,17,19})

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Maybe
Excel Formula:
=INDEX(SORT(filter(flatFile!$A$6:$V$377,(flatFile!$s$6:$s$377<>"")*(flatFile!$s$6:$s$377<>"none")),19,-1),SEQUENCE(overview!$A$2),{3,4,6,17,19})
