Top 25 pr salesperson (How to in query)?

I have already made a Top 700 with all the relevant stores. Now I added districts (each salespersons stores to visit). In my crosstab query I have sorted by district and then by revenue. So all I need is to retrieve Top 25 pr. district.

We need to know how well each salesperson doing in his top 25 best stores.

How You can help

Not really clear what your data heirarchy is.
Surely if you have sorted descending value by district, the top 25 are the ones you want - or vice-versa ? Or some other sort would get this. Eg. Total by salesman

You mention "Crosstab Query". Not sure what you mean by this. In Excel I would use pivot tables - which can cut data every whichway, and has built in options to show top 25 or whatever.
