Does anyone know a good tool that can generate a telephone book type of listing with name, email address, phone numbers, and street address all in one line to be printed on a legal size paper ( to be folded in half, and each half will have the listings coming down vertically, in the front and back of the legal size paper)?
We are using QuarkExpress right now and it's very complicated and way too sophisticated for what we need. Any tips to convert a tab-delimited text files to this format (it should all fit in one line):

Thanks!

Janet, do you have Microsoft Access available to you or Outlook as both of these applications will create your telephone list.

Janet,

I removed your email address from your original post. To see why, look at rule 19 here.
