Tool bar disappears

I have generated a Form that was designed to work with the "Filter toolbar" everytime the form is loaded via programming, but it appears when I go into form via test the toolbar is still there.
I am using the following command to open form :
DoCmd.OpenForm "Searches", acFormDS

What else do i do to make tool appear?

Hi

Lifted from MS Access help :

When the AllowFilters property is set to No, all of the filter options on the Records menu, the form's shortcut menu, and the Formatting (Form/Report) toolbar are disabled.

To fix this, go into the form design, Click Edit -> Select Form, Click View -> Properties -> Data -> Allow Filters should be set to yes.

If it is already set to "yes" then something else is going wrong and let us know.
