Today's Date function

I need help with an excel function. I am looking to create an excel function that determines if there is text then spits out the today's date.

[FONT=&quot]=IF (logical_test, [value_if_true], [value_if_false])
[/FONT]
=IF(ISTEXT(Q19),NOW(),"")
 

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
If you just want the date, replace NOW()( with TODAY()
