Hello,

Is there a way I can use TODAY or NOW in a formula but make it static so that when the calendar gets updated the formula will return the same results?

Thank you

No. You'd either have to use a static date in the formula, or convert the formula to a static value after it has been calculated.

This may only be partly related, but perhaps you could use a snippet from this:
Code:
    Range("zEditDate").Formula = "=TODAY()"
    Range("zEditDate").Copy
    Range("zEditDate").PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
    Application.CutCopyMode = False

I use this on a workbook_beforesave event to force a field to contain the date the file was last saved. Like I said, it may not apply, but it is a very simple way for non-pros like me to convert dynamic to static.
