Please how can I represent value 0 in all my cells to NA without affecting my formula

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Welcome to the MrExcel board!

You haven't given us much to go on so if the following suggestion is not what you need, give us more information about what you have, where, and what you are trying to achieve.

In any case try Custom Formatting your cells as
General;General;"na"

I tried that method. It works when i click on a cell with 0 value. But when I highlighted all the cells in order to change all the zeros to NA. It changed all the values inducing numbers higher than zero to NA.

In order to save time how can I replace all the values wth 0 to NA instead of doing it one by one.

Can you post the formula that is producing the values and tell us what column/cells the formula is in?

Or better still, also post a small set of dummy sample data using one of the methods linked to in my signature block below. That way we can copy your data and test with it.
