I read a tip to remove unused cells from the used range to reduce the file size. I located the end cell through Edit - Go To - Special - End Cell and found my end cell was 200 rows beneath the last cell of data.
As the tip instructed, I highlighted the rows from directly beneath my data to this culprit end cell, and deleted the rows through Edit - Clear - All. Saved the workbook as a new file and was dismayed to find the new file was 100 KB larger then the original.
Why'd it do this?
