Tip Share Calculate

Hi Everyone

I try to figure out how to calculate share tip in the restaurant . Every server have different percentages tip (start 50%-100% depenand different hour work per shif. For example
Total tip $600
Server A get 80% Work 6.5 Hour
Server B get 100% Work 7.5 Hour
Server C get 70% Work 8.5 Hour

how I can do calculate for share this tip per person

worker B =600*1*7.5/((0.8*6.5)+(1*7.5)+(0.7*8.5))
worker c =600*0.7*8.5/((0.8*6.5)+(1*7.5)+(0.7*8.5))
which gives you:

worker b 241.2868633
worker c 191.4209115
total 600
