I was getting a message that said a program was trying to access my outlook e-mail addresses, but the it would never tell me which program it was, so I tried the Advanced Security add-in from this website. It not only told me which program it was, but it allows you to ALWAYS allow or block that program, so you can quit answering the question!

In my case, it was Adobe Acrobat, so the spyware and adware programs never caught it. I highly recommend this free add-in to all Outlook users.
