Timestamp. Date and time must not move.

Hello,

I am currently working unto something and I need a timestamp.

The logic is that if A1 is not blank then today will present in A2.
However, date and time in A2 must not change if for example I fill out the fields in cell B2 - E2.

Can someone help me please?
