This is my attempt at a weekly timesheet... the totals are right but it has need of an expert eye because its rough.
The pay is worked on a basic 39 hrs week 8hrs mon to thurs 7 hrs friday breaks of 45min are unpaid 30mins per day for paperwork added to the 39 basic giving 41.50hrs paid at base rate hours above this paid at 1.5x
Then to complicate things further a bonus of 1.40 paid for the hours worked less breaks and 30mins paperwork time so in the example sheet 8.75hrs per day for bonus.
Hope this makes sence im sure it can be made a lot better but not with macro's as i want to run it on my android phone to keep track of things. any help would be fantastic.

The formulas I have used are jury rigged and will not stand up to various time inputs as the calculations are beyond my skill set needs a guru's eye to work it out.
