Hello everybody, hopefully somebody will be able to help.

I have drivers who start a job and complete a job. Each job is recorded in our system and extracted in excel format.

For example, Job started 10/05/2019 13:34:24 (cell AR414) and Job completed 10/05/2019 14:03:09 (cell AS414), therefore the answer would be around 29 minutes.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Simple subtraction should work, but you'll need some custom number formatting.

Your example, when subtracted should yield 0.019965.

When you change the number format to a custom: [h]:mm:ss
