I am in need of some help calculating OT. In the attached file, I have it calculating OT for hours worked over 40 in a single week, but I need help modifying the formula if an employee takes a Vacation Day, Sick Day or Holiday (columns L,M,N), then I need the OT calculation to calculate based on a 48 Hour week. (Those hours do not apply to OT, it is only hours actually worked).

What do I need to do to the formula to make this calculate correctly?

As a side note, Columns J & K do not factor into any calculation, they are just for separation of hours by the employee.

Thank you for your help!

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
I should have added, the formula I have in the OT column is: =MAX(HX-40,0)

Columns L,M,N and I mentioned about are the Vacation, Sick and Holiday columns.
