TIME_SHEET.jpg

I have added a few notes to the image but I think it's cool to add more notes here:

I just wish someone can pull this up for me.

So from the image, I will set some dates.

The two laps and the time in for the stage 3 and time out for stage 3.

I also set time in for stage 1A and 2A . But not for the time out. The goal was to take 1A and 2A out once stage 3 exhausts its time out ; 05-01-2020.

Meanwhile, I got stacked and have to call for help.

By end of June, stage 3 is fully out and will only come back on board in September.

So while stage 3 is out, Nov 15 to Jan 05, 1B and 2B will be in till stage 3 is back in, then 1A and 2A will be off as proposed earlier above.

The main goal is to let stage 1 and two be out for just two months out of the year which is 12 months. So it means that the in time will be roughly 10 months.

And A and B of stages 1 and 2 are to have equal IN times and OUT times.

If the layout above can handle my request, then the minimum Months before stages 1 and 2 are taken out in a round should be 4 and maximum should be 5.

But if those numbers won't work, then anything cool is allowed.

If my layout fails and new is proposed, then anything that works is fine.

If the 10 in and 2 out will not work, then I will like to know the highest possible in time with minimum out time I can get.

Looks a bit challenging to me.

Hope someone can pull me out.

If I need to increase the number of columns in the table to achieve that, I will be cool with that.

That is instead of having just three columns labeled IN, if I need more of those and additional OUT labels, I am cool with that.

Thanks again

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

Newly added:
In case the above conditions are not possible, what's the best possible way I can distribute the three stages, 1 , 2, 3 equally?

Where only two stages can be on at a time. The two laps will still hold, during which all stages are out.
