I'm having trouble with a time query. I have data collected every 5 minutes, and i need to evaluate it at 3 hour time intervals on a certain day. I would like the user to enter the date, and get their summary. However, I can't figure out how to do this, mainly how to have the criteria for a certain query be between certain times.

Any ideas?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
If you add a field in a query and add something like TimePeriod:=INT((MOD([dDateTimeStamp],1)*8))+1

Where [dDateTimeStamp] is the field where you are storing the Date/Time for the record.

this will give give you the time boken down into periods that you can group by or filter on.
