Hi There!
Help is definitely appreciated on this one!
I have a spreadsheet that has a “loaded trailer time“ and a “cut off time“ of when the trailers should be done. I have to show on a daily how many trailers met that time cut off and represent it as a %.

Please please help

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hello first time poster, welcome to the forum.

We may need more information to solve your problem, but I will take a shot. For example, assume the loading times are in cells A1:A20, and the cut off time is in cell B1. You can put the following formula in cell B2:

[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]=COUNTIF(A1:A20,"<"&B1)/COUNTA(A1:A20)

You may need to change the format of cell b2 to "%", and you will obviously need to update the ranges A1:A20 and B1 in the formula to match where things are on your sheet.

If you have separate start time and finish time for the loading operation, it is more complicated, but can be managed.

If this didn't help, give us more information.

If it did help, please use the "Thank you for posting this" and "Liked this post" buttons.
