TIME IN bETWEN HOURS

I HAVE TIME FROM DATE FIELD LIKE 15:44, i WANT TO CHECK IF IT FALLS BETWEEN 10 am TO 8 pm OR (10 TO 22 ) tried few things from earlier posts but not working : (

It shoud say 1 if true, 0 if not

any pointers help will be appreciated
