***Time Extraction***

Morning everyone

I have a cell with 22/11/2010 08:30:00, how do I extract the time so that I can calculate a formula which says AM or PM.
DATA Desired Result
22/11/2010 08:30:00 = AM
25/12/2010 13:30:00 = PM
