Time Elapsed Networkdays

I am trying to create the formula that will give me time elapsed for today using networkdays but exclude holidays. So I presently have =networkdays("1/10/2012",Today()) this works great but I need to take out some specific days. I dont need to worry about hours or minutes just some dates. I am sure it is not a big leap but I have tried what is logical to me.
