Time differences

Hi

I'm looking for a formula to calculate if a time was later than its planned slotted time and highlight the cells that went late
I'm not great with excel

to me it would be a =Vlookup? because it would need to match the store names and then look at the planned times against the actual? as I said I'm not great :/

Below is the store names with there actual arrival times the other cells are not important this is from an export.

The sheet below has the planned slot times so aslong as there within the below times its okay if they go over later than column c it should highlight red
