Time calculation

Good Day,
I need help for above formula.
if cells A&B does not have any entry I do not wanted cell C will show as 0:00
Also is it possible to show the result as hrs & min like

"[h]\h\r\s m\m\i\n"

Try using

=MOD(B3-A3,1)

and custom-formatting the cell as [h]\h\r\s m\m\i\n;;
