Time and Number issues

Hi,

I am trying to work out the minutes difference between 2 numbers formatted as whole numbers.

eg. 0606, 0646, 0726

I am having trouble getting the difference between them to be calculated as minutes and stay as a hole number such as 20, 40 etc.

Help very much appreciated
