Tickbox on a report

I have a form where I put in yes or no and the run a report. What I want to happen is at the top of the report, if I selected yes "Major Projects" will be displayed, and if no, "Minor Projects".

Thanks for your help

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Create the control in the report and link it's control scource to the form.
=IIf([Forms]![MyForm]![MyControl]=Yes,"Major Projects","Minor Projects")

It didn't work at first, It needed quotation marks around "Yes".
=IIf([Forms]![MyForm]![MyControl]="Yes","Major Projects","Minor Projects")
