Threads not refreshing when posting a new answer

Hi.

Has anyone experienced the following before :

You post an answer in a thread, but the thread doesn't jump to the top of the questions forum and the thread doesn't show the last poster until you open the thread. This has happened to me a couple of times.

Here is an example of a recent thread that shows Jon Von der Heyden as the last poster when it is in fact me !
