Thread leads to white page, bug?

From time to time when I click a post, I see the thread starting to load, then all of a sudden I get a completely white page.
Has anyone else encountered this?
 
Yes we are getting a number of posts that contain some rogue html code that causes that to happen.
It is fixable if we are told which thread (title) to look for and/or who started the thread or posted to it.
 
If/when I encounter such a thread, should I make a new thread here with those details?
 
If you can't hit report on it then, this is as good a place as any to raise the issue
