this seems like a simple pivot table but is it even possible?

hello & thank you for your consideration on this. Attached are 2 screenshots, the 1st is a simple set of data, the 2nd is a report I'd like to see in a pivot table. I'm relatively experienced with pivot tables but after messing with this question, I'm thinking it may not be possible to do this which is why I wanted to see what I may be overlooking.

The 2nd screenshot shows the "months" (Jan - Dec) as columns & days of the month (1 - 31) as rows & what is marked in yellow would be a test like "is AMT greater than 12".

This is simplified version but hopefully this is enough to show what I'd like the PV to do.

Add the source table to the data model.
Create two measures, such as AMT0 and AMT1
First - SUM (Table1 [amt])
The second is IF ([amt0]> 12, "No amt", "")
Add the second measure to "Values"
