I am working on a database in Access 97. I have a form which the user can input in various fields. The problem I am having is one of the fields (Room Numbers) is from a different table, and I don't know how to make the field save to the other table. It only allows the user to choose from existing Room numbers. Is there a way I can add new room numbers without setting up a sub-form?

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
