Hey everyone!

I am trying to load a dataset with approximately 3,500,000 data points. It is a comma separated text file. When I try this comes up:

How do I do this? There is no exclude data option when I start the import again in a different worksheet.

I did, however, try changing the starting row number to 1,048,558 data points but for some reason it brings up only 2 more data points which means it didn't do it's job.

Anyone know how to do the exclude data thing?

Thanks for listening!

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
those that import, are they coming in one row at a time for each value. 2007 on has an upper limit of a million rows. i would be thinking of installing sql server studio (free) and importing all into to a sql environment, then exporting the subset of values you want to work with
