Hi All,

My issue is that I get a error message "The file you have chosen is in use. Please close the file before you import".

I am in Diagram View, go to existing connections and double click the source file that is an xls, file saved on the share point. My goal is to import a new column I added. No one is in the file, it's only me. Could a duplicate file be opening in the background when I open the Slicer/PowerPivot?

The Provider (in advanced properties): Microsoft Office 12.0 Acess Database Engine OLE DB Provider.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
