Hi
is there a way to use the VBA Evaluate function and have it retain a leading zero, if the zero is there? I don't want to add leading zeros I just want it to be kept if it already exists.

Thanks

L

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
If the data in question is a string, that is one situation.
If the data is a number, leading zeros are a feature of cell formatting and not a part of the value, so EVALUATE cannot preserve what does not exist.
