The apostrophe charater ( ' ) in concatenate

I am trying to include the apostrophe character ( ' ) in a concatenate array. It does not show in the reference cell to begin with.

What have I missed? Thank you.
 
=CONCATENATE("excel"," rule"&"'","s") I added the comparative operator and the ' is inside the " " looks like "'" hard to see. Don
