That tricky "&" sign - for Report in Access

How would I get a "&" sign to show up in a report. I am typing this in a textbox in design view but it doesn't appear in the report view. Help please!

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Sort by date Sort by votes
Generaly you need to put it in twice or it thinks you are trying to create a hot key.
