That stupid [Paste Icon]+(Ctrl) thing that is in my way

How do I PERMANENTLY disable thatlittle pop-up that has a paste icon and (Ctrl) after it when I paste something that Word/Excel THINKS is a mistake but it isn't?

I am BUSY!
I am in a HURRY!
I can't see what the hell I just copied and pasted because of this STUPID pop-up!

Do you mean the Paste Options buttons?
The setting to toggle their display is at: File.Excel_Options.Advanced...Cut, Copy, and paste section: Show Paste Options buttons.
