Seriously, I am so outside my comfort realm when it comes to any type of programming in excel. Sure, I can create spreadsheets and write formulas with the best of them, but I am not a programmer at all.

That being said, I am always looking for ways to improve my value to my employer, so when the boss says "hey, can you make a spreadsheet that "_______", I always say "sure!'

I recently found this forum, and with just the few posts I've made, and all the posts that I've searched, I'm well on my way to solving my problems for this spreadsheet (and hopefully many more).

So, anyway, this is my thread to say THANKS! to all of you experts who spend countless hours in here helping us newbies. you all ROCK!!
