Not a question, but gratitude. This is an awesome community and you have taught me a lot. There's a balance between "teaching a man to fish" vs "giving a man a fish". At times I've needed one vs the other but even in cases where I've been given the answer, I've learned from it and have applied to other situations.

It's not uncommon for me to start typing a question here and just by outlining it, I come up with the answer, usually because of something I've been taught here.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
